Except for parties, vouchers can be used for all the services offered.

What is the expiration period for a voucher? Can its validity be extended?

The validity period of the voucher is 30 days. After that, a fee of 30 lei will be charged to extend its validity for another 30 days.

Can I cancel the voucher and get a refund?

No, once the voucher has been purchased, the amount cannot be refunded.

Is the voucher purchased based on a type of service? Or a sum of money?

The minimum value of a voucher is 100 lei. Based on this, the beneficiary can select the desired type of service.

I received a gift voucher. How do I go about using it?

Can multiple people benefit from a voucher?

Yes, if the amount on which the voucher is purchased allows it, with the mention that you need to inform us about this before coming to the salon.
